OUR FIRM'S HISTORY  

In 1993, Heidi got her first real experience with the legal system when she was sexually assaulted on the job by her supervisor. For the next several years she found herself entangled in litigation. Although she never felt as though justice was served in her case, she did learn from the experience. She decided that she would attend law school and do her part to "fix" the system.

Although Heidi had been on and off of welfare throughout much of her life, having had her daughter at 18, she believed in the American Dream and spent the next seven years obtaining her Juris Doctrate. Heidi was on food stamps when she took the bar exam and started her office with $200 in her pocket and a belief that hard work and strong ethics would take her far. It has. Seven years later Heidi has a team that has thousands of hours of experience in the courtroom, years of life experience, and a passion to see that Justice prevails.

OUR FIRM'S MISSION 

Our mission is to provide our clients with exceptional legal service through zealous representation, personal attention and professional diligence. When our clients succeed, we succeed. We strive to make lasting relationships with our clients, and do so by being guided by the following principles:

They should feel like they can speak to us about anything. We will make ourselves available to them 24 hours a day.
• Our lawyers will stay abreast of new developments in the law, taking classes when necessary, and inform our clients of how these changes may affect them.
• Our legal services need to be affordable. We will never forget that everyone deserves good legal defense. Although our quality of legal representation will always continue to grow, the costs for those services will not.
